I keep telling my son, who plays corner in college, to learn how to punch the ball out instead of trying to strip it.
I called him and asked did he watch the Lions-Chiefs game because the Lions were punching the ball out left and right.
I hope he's watching this game too. That's how you dislodge a ball. I'm surprised more defensive players don't use that technique.
