He must have listened to the criticism of trying to call the play before every snap.

Much better job relaxing and providing color commentary after the play.

Either he's listening to SOME (a minority compared to overall) of the fans complaining or the network asked him to stop exposing the teams.

Most people that I've seen comment on his commentary say mostly good things and they enjoy the fresh new perspective presnap calls because they've gone years without understanding and no peep to explain and suddenly Romo shows up and they understand a lot more than before.

The same QB who crapped the bed constantly and could not even take a hit any longer? Lmao. Sure thing. The most overrated and over glorified player in Cowboys history by far. All stats, no leadership and no winning.
Yeah, no. I get the backlash regarding the he can do better than what we have comments because history shows he didn’t, but one thing he has in common with Dak is the team found a way to lose games in spite of the QB’s efforts in those playoff games.

A lot of people I talked to who hate the Cowboys and found any reason to dis any player on the team have all really enjoyed the way Romo called the games. They loved the enthusiasm and the knowledge he brought in. The only knock on him they had was the high pitch voice he would get in excitement.

There has been other criticism of him attempting to predict too many plays at the LOS instead of color commentating after the fact. His screeching high pitch voice was annoying as well.

His enthusiasm and knowledge was an asset. It appears he’s toned it down a notch and why I felt was worthy of mentioning. Much more enjoyable, professional and typical of color commentary.

You don't need to put down a cowboy legend to defend our current QB.
Some people just cant help it.

As if they were playing tennis or golf and not a team sport.
You hear that stuff and wonder if those people ever played sports at all....though Im sure most did.
