I'm in Austin, brought my daughter up for the ACL concert. Gonna drive home and get there just in time for the game......no home cooked meal, but we will pick up some Whataburger. Number 2 with cheese and onion rings with a diet Coke! Lol!!! What's on your plate??? Go Cowboys!!!

Heck yeah, finally the official thread.

I am having jambalaya. A one pot meal with Jack and Corona Extra. I usually grill and super laid back, however I am focused on the game and I am ready.

Breakfast for supper. Bacon and eggs with some owens sausage, fried hash browns, pancakes with maple syrup. (Making sure any dairy products are from Texas not Wisconsin.).

Coffee to start out, followed by a few bottles of cold water. A drink or two during the game. Salmon and some vegetables after the game.

Gonna go pretty easy today. I will make some fried crab claws(fingers) and hush puppies. I might make the wife some fried shrimp since she isn’t a big fan of the fingers :laugh:

Doing a crock pot chili today...Texas style fritos and cheese. My girl friend is from Green Bay....gonna show her how we Texas Boyz do it! Crock is loaded and should be ready by game time!

I had some Chili at the Texas Chili parlor in Austin. Pretty good stuff!!!
