I don't even think that they "quit" on him. It's just more of a realization that cliches and catch phrases don't help you win at the NFL level.

Team is getting blown out by a winless team. It’s amazing how a season could turn from such a positive to such a horrible negative. I have no faith in this team whatsoever anymore. This sucks.
