The NFL is ruining their game with the flag parade going on every game, every week. The NFL Officials Union should be getting a bigger piece of the next Collective Bargaining Agreement since they are rapidly becoming the centerpiece of the game.

I disagree with the holding call on Tyron. Sometimes he is called when he pancakes an opponent.

SMH at Hernandez no getting called.

Go Dallas!!!

What is considered to many penalties in a game? More than 5 or 6?

Not surprised the most penalties with the greatest number of yards was against the Packers and then the Giants in their stadium.

I was wanting to see that Smith holding call again because live it looked like he was just putting him on his back. But they never showed the replay like they usually do on most penalties

Why blame someone else for our guys not being smarter about this? It is not secret that the person retaliating is the one that is going to get called. Why then do it? Are these players that stupid? Is Jason Garrett not capable of actually getting his players to stop taking these dumb penalties?

I

Hopefully Garrett and this coaching staff will remedy this lack of discipline soon. It can cost us games.

Exactly. You cannot control the refs— but you can control whether you adapt to their patterns or not.

We all can see that the refs are terrible. A good coach doesn’t just say “execute better”. He develops and implements a plan that targets issues and resolves problems.

Garrett is a stubborn dude— and there is a crusty arrogance that permeates the coaching staff. They believe in their philosophy and they “like what we do” so much that their belief actually prevents them from reflecting and being able to identify areas of growth.

Its why this team’s personality is what it is and why they are so predictable in what they do in general— and why they continue to come out flat, slow, and sloppy.

This team has a culture problem that goes way back to JJ— but Garrett has been a significant obstacle in terms of making needed adjustments and addressing chronic problems on his team.

A block in the back on special teams. Wow, when did they put that in, because it seems they are always one idiot who has to see if he can get by with it. Smith and Witten are guaranteed one holding every game. Slow learners?

I always said when you play a bad team you always look bad and usually more injuries happen especially in basketball. But we didn't do well against better teams either so
