I am still just mind blown at the talent on this roster and they struggle the way they do. I believe it is definitely a coaching thing.

It's got to be.

Right now we're in 1st in the weakest Div. Still, I can't complain. If we make a few changes we can win this game like we did N.O. last year. Then waltz out and lose to the next crap team we play.
My hope is the players find a way to self motivate.

Not exactly. We play sloppy and undisciplined period, except in the Eagle game. We've just gotten away it against most the bad teams.
