Who would have to go in order for the cowboys to peak your interest?

At the very minimum who would have to go in order for the cowboys to peak your interest? As for me I want Maranelli gone. I might be wrong but I think this bend but dont break defense isn't what we need. We need an attack and pressure defense. Yes I understand the personnel and salary cap were about to face but if the defense can be half of what Seattle was in its hay day this team would be insane.

I don't think anyone is coming back except maybe kitna depending on who the new hire is.

This front office has to hire a whole new staff and deal with a roster of about 50% of the team being free agents not to mention Dak and Cooper's situation.

Sounds like a lot.

At the minimum Garrett has to be let go

i cant watch a team with him at the helm...i just cant

Definitely the HC and DC have to go. The only thing I don't like about the OC is the run game. That crap handoff from shotgun is a complete waste. The most creative run game the Cowboys have had in recent memory was during the Romo era. We had delayed draws, misdirection, and straight up runs. It has deteriorated to almost nothing now. It's as if they lost the plays and are just doing a quick patch up job.

A completely new coaching staff but only with the owner also acknowledging he needs to change.

He's not going to step down as GM and be your typical hands off owner but just a Parcells like compromise with a new staff would get me hopeful again.

this^^^^. The entire philosophy needs to change. The new HC and Coordinators need time with McClay to evaluate what they want and need.

Moore and kitna will stay. Need to get back to running the ball though. If not there is no point in paying Zeke millions and millions of dollars. Doesn't make sense.

New philosophy. Clean house. Hire Bilechek as GM. Let him find the coach. Evaluate the current roster and make all personnel decisions going forward. Anything less is just going with the status quo.
