I expect we'll go with Forbath.

Shame. Maher is unreal from long distance.

How about we get a kicker who can punt as well. This way we use him for punting and shorter field goals and use Maher for 60 plus yards field goals. :grin:On second thoughts just get rid of Maher.

Anybody think Maher’s actually going to be replaced this year?

Cause I don’t.

I do. Just so that the remaining clowns can point to it as "change" and "accountability". Despite the fact that everyone had questions about the guy since last year, and these same clowns thought they 'knew better' than everyone else when they kept him and didn't even look to bring in competition.

Yet another item in a long list of bad decisions to hang them for.

Yet he has trouble consistently kicking off deep into the end zone. That's a head scratcher.

2nd weeks in arrow holding tryouts, if any look good in tryout, then Yes..Bye Maher nice experiment..

issue is most left on the market at this point , most likely not much of an improvement..

I simply would like something new to cheer for how about you make brash more today, Fire Oquinn and Maher..

how many teams do this on a regular basis? show me links and proof this is normal?

I say its not..very rare or it would be normal vs rare..we had one in TC I remember, he was nt good at kicking, punting and kicking arent the same or all teams would welcome ONE that can do both and have an extra sport for another position..

I think we need a kickoff specialist.

What's David Beuhler up to these days?

Remember when they moved the kickoff spot forward and it coincided with Jerry concluding we now needed someone to be able to kickoff further?

If anything, the opposite made sense.

Sorry to have ruined anyone's lunch.

Wouldn't it be easier to just change Maher's aim point? Some good ol' Kentucky Windage?

That has puzzled me, as well. Makes no sense unless he is being told to kick short...which I doubt.
