no matter who they hired after parcells was going to be a let down feeling. The Parcells years were special add to that Romo about to be the full time starter for the first time and it was just a completely different feeling.

I don't think it's that bad.
McCarthy may not be that elite level coach that everyone and their grandma drool over but he's proven as a HC. Wade wasn't so much. But it'll depend on how much Jones interferes.
