This thing is going to be trash. Brugler not on there is the biggest reason. I know its just the first show there and there really wasnt going to be much in terms of news. But theyre all over the place. Hard to keep up.

They were all over the place but it was the first show. Maybe they will get it better organized. I enjoy Brugler's info so I hope he comes back.

I agree the show has no real scouts. Just wanna be media scouts which are really beat writers and radio guys. I can’t stand Cavanaugh but will probably listen to his show with Broaddus starting next week

@Risen Star would do well on a draft type show..........he keeps up with college players pretty well.

I said the same thing about The Emperor years ago when all he had was a podcast..........now look.....he's moving on up.

It was the only show on DC. Com that I enjoyed.

It has only been one episode but it was bad.

JC would be an OK addition if you had him to balance out people like Brugler or a different more serious and experienced person. But you can feel it already that he is going to do a silly radio sports hot sports opinion routine followed by a stobborn streak that would make spagnola jealous.

The few times he was on the show last year and during the draft was enough. Him being on the show full time with nobody on the show that is a draft "guru" type of person or someone that was really a scout at one time.

Nobody on that show brings that now.

Going to give it a chance bur I have a feeling I will skip it until the week leading up to the draft when they might give some clues who the Cowboys like.

In the past the local media had good contacts in the team
Going to be interesting if they can develop those with new staff
The show was mostly fluff
You really can’t drill down on the draft till you know who we keep or go out and get

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good.

I like Cavanaugh's insight, along with Helman's, but he annoying. He is much better talking draft during the draft.

I'll wait until March to really tune in after they have time to watch more tape.

What is it with Cavanagh's fascination with Wide Receiver? A quality tight end would make the offense more effective.

Because non football guys can only scout WRs. It’s the easiest position to tell how sharp their cuts are, speed, jumping ability etc. The rest requires technical knowledge. Being a radio host as your full time job doesn’t give you that.

To Bruglers credit, he wasn’t a football guy either. He taught himself scouting and asked for advice. I knew him when he first moved to Texas doing something completely different than football.

That was the position he played in high school and in flag football. He also dosent believe running the ball is effective at all lmao. Dudes just hanging on the coattails of Brod n Buegler.
