Do a ten year deal like Gruden got with the Raiders. He has learned so much and is soon to peak. Jerry made a big mistake letting him go. He knows offense, defense, and special teams. That's right. It's a process, and he was just finishing up the process to become the next Lombardi. This is a sure thing, Giants. Hire him.
