The Cowboys should sign Keenum, and let Dak decide what to do next

Sure, they still probably would have been bad but Dak wouldn’t of ended up getting benched. They would have gotten better play from him than what they have at the position. Keenum wouldn’t have gotten benched if the Commanders didn’t think he was part of the problem. They wouldn’t have used a first round pick on Haskins if they thought Keenum was the answer.

Prescott is a better QB that CK or even as good, it's not even debatable. I would be happy to have him as a back up though.

Keenum wouldn’t have gotten benched if the Commanders didn’t think he was part of the problem.

Sure he would, when the head coach gets fired and you have a rookie QB waiting in the wings, and your season is shot anyway. You see what the kid has and get him some experience.

Who ever claimed that Keenum is "the answer"?

Rivers???? Cmon, dude is like 38 and not going anywhere. He will stay with Chargers or possibly retire. He has like 17 children and I dont think he wants to up his family and move.
Keenum? Hes decent, and decent tpo have if you are in between and looking for your guy.... but I personally wouldnt want him.

That's why it's becoming an issue here. When I first came here 12 years ago some of them followed me and began causing trouble then. I knew the folks on this board were generally more mature, so I left in order to keep them from ruining this place.

The Commanders signed Keenum because Alex Smith was injured.
Haskins had nothing to do with Keenum, or vice versa.

or if you want to be very specific in your categorization....you can say that Jamies Winston is better than Dak in games that started at 4:00 PM, when the temperature was above 68 degrees, in games played on Sunday, when he was east of Mississippi….I mean when you are picking and choosing why not go all the way
