We have viewed our players esp our leader who has major talent gaps both physically and mentally trying to lead this team come playoff time.
We have had the luxury of playing in a dog division since 2016 and folding like a cheap tent when facing playoff-caliber teams.
The above was coming and it's home now.
This isn't La La Land things change in life and if you're not prepared the storm will take your house.
We all know what needs to be done the question who will make the proper corrections and moves towards a better tomorrow?

Agreed we had such a free ride for years when our division sucked and the conference was weak especially at QB. That's over and we are facing a brutal stretch of irrelevance.
