2 Hours of Sovereign Citizens Getting Their Window Busted Out & Tased

I could never be a Law Enforcement Officer
Ever single incident report I filled out would end the same way....
"That's when I determined that I had heard enough & I made the decision to discharge my weapon...until empty"

when accused of using too much force you say
"BUT I did not reload and empty it again!"

There are plenty of cops who do not understand the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th amendments.
They have qualified immunity in most cases so they enforce the laws but are not beholden to some of the same laws.
When they do get in trouble and sued, it is the city/state tax payers they foot the bill not the cop.
In some cases a cop will just resign before a official report of conduct is filed so they can just move to another department.

So yes, their are some that are like Sov cititzens even if they do not believe most of it...in many cases they are actually worse because they are hired to protect peoples rights and enforce the law instead of breaking the law and having a rules for thee not for me mentality.

Lot of really good LEOs out there. However there are a lot of bad ones out there as well and it has eroded the trust a lot of the public tax payers should have in them.

Show me some examples of cops violating those Constitutional rights. You may have a misinterpretation of those rights.
You might be a defund the police advocate.

Qualified immunity is to protect law enforcement from frivolous lawsuits. And now more than ever bad cops are getting charged and prosecuted.

Two things that just make me laugh every time in these videos:

1. " I'm asking for a supervisor. I'm asking for a supervisor. I'm asking for a supervisor. I'm asking for a supervisor". Over and over and over. The cops all have cameras recording, does the guy think they can't hear him? Or if they repeat it 10 times a supervisor will magically appear? LOL

2. After they get dragged out of their car the driver yelling "Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop." Do they think the cop is going to just say "Oh, sorry, you want us to stop so we will, my bad"! LOL

Never get old....

Watch The Civil Rights Lawyer on youtube. I regularly watch videos of idiot cops vs normal citizens, as well as good cops vs moron citizens.

There are great cops out there (Most are good people trying to do a good job to the best of their ability). There are also a few bad apples. Some cops will absolutely lie to get you to forgo your rights. Because of those few bad apples, you almost have to treat most cops as adversaries in some situations. It doesn't mean you have to mistreat them or be antagonistic. It just means you can't trust them at their word and you should absolutely know your rights and only cooperate up until they start trying to violate those rights. Any dealing with cops should be polite, courteous, and respectful.

Even though I am a law abiding citizen who carries nothing illegal in my car doesn't mean I'll just let the cops search my car if they demand to on a routine traffic stop. They have no right or reason to without a warrant or probable cause, which I give no reason to. If that means they arrest me, so be it. I'll sue them because I gave no probable cause. I've only ever had one demand to search my car once, and that was when I was a teen and didn't know my rights better. Since then, no officer has ever requested to on traffic stops....so yeah, there are bad apples out there, but that's true for any profession, and no matter what, they all get treated with courtesy and respect.

Agreed
He does a good job and has helped others due to his site.

Long Island Audits also has won in court many times vs those trying to violate his rights.

Phillip Turner won his law suit and it became case law in the 5th circuit.

I would imagine I could find more videos of cops violating rights than sov citizens. Now there are plenty of other idiots that are not sov citizens but idiots as well.

No, I am not for defunding various law enforcement agencies whether that be local police, state police or the FBI.

I do think they need to use some of the money for better training concerning basic human rights, better training to deal with those that have mental issues and more money for training to establish a better relationship with the community they serve.

Qualified immunity was once a good thing to help protect honest cops when they made honest mistakes. However it has been perverted and used to help get some bad cops off and making you and I aka the tax payer. pay for the bad cops transgressions.

---------------------

Cop violating peoples rights. Their fourth amend rights.

Violating his first amend and trying to violate his fourth because he is also exercising his fifth amend.
This turned into case law Turner vs Driver that he won.

Another example of the police overstepping their authority and learning a lesson...

Cops violating 1st and 4th and lies about it after trying to delete the footage...

There is only a small percentage of bad cops. Unfortunately those are who you hear about the most.
With the current use of cameras/phones and social media it is starting to spread the amount.

Some just need better training. Some are just bad.

Another problem is though is the thin blue line mentality where either some cops will not expose the bad cops because they too much of a gang or they are afraid they will lose their jobs.

LAPD actually has gangs within the police dept.

Phoenix Police department was raked over the coals by a long DOJ investigation.

Another part of the problem is Police unions protecting bad officers and some DAs not willing to prosecute bad officers. It erodes the already delicate balance between the police and civilian population.

I do not know if there are more bad cops now, or if they are just exposed more now.

as a percentage? There may be more. 1.2 million LEO's in the us. If even only 1% are really bad that is 12,000 really bad cops.

body cams is doing a lot I think to help. Better training would be probably one of the biggest difference makers. Sadly how much real training does the average police officer get? So many police forces are undermanned and cops working OT is normal. So you get stressed out personnel and lets face it; being a cop is a very hard job anymore.

Actual gangs in the LAPD and Sheriff's department
