I was wondering what the general view of the upcoming draft is by those in the know. Here are a few general questions I have for those of you who have put some actual thought (and maybe some research) into the upcoming draft.

1. How "deep" is this draft considered to be at this point?

2. What is the "curve" of this draft perceived to be? For instance is it top heavy with talent, or thin at the top, etc.

3. How many players will be perceived to have an actual first round "grade" in this draft class?

4. What positions (team positions, not draft order) in this draft are deemed to be deep and which positions are thinner than normal?

Supposedly has good depth and strongest along the O-Line. Quality available to middle rounds.

Also some depth at CB. Quality available into 3rd round.

Last heard- just 16 players carry a true first round grade. Good for us at 14.

Rarest of rare... pass rush specialist. / Safety. Get one soon, or gamble later.

That's all I can help you with- maybe somebody else can add to it.

*Quality: expected to become a starter at some point.
*Hidden gems, as always... that is the gamble, or the surprise.

From what I've seen, it's deep with tier 2 talent. I see a lot of teams in the 20s trading down and accumulating later round picks.

At CB, there's 7-8 guys that could be justified for the Cowboys to take in the 2nd round.

Same with the DE/OLB tweeners. Not including the combine, there seems to be a slew of names linked to the Cowboys.
