The Cowboys lead the league in penalties (127) and 2nd in yardage (1103). Do you think the 2022 will be over or under this number? They replaced Williams, the most penalized player in the league, with a holding machine in Tyler Smith. The Cowboys had a million penalties in the first preseason game, so it doesn't look like much has change.

We led the first week in preseason with 17 penalties. That was our season high last year. There’s going to be such an emphasis on penalties that it’s a pretty safe bet the Cowboys won’t have as many as last season but it probably will still be pretty high.

Wasn't 17 just the amount of accepted penalties?

Wasn't t he number of actual penalties around 20? Because there was a few instances of us committing 2 penalties on the same play.

Over. This year will set a new record at a whopping 160 flags for over 1500 yards. About 60 of those calls will be bad due to referee blindness or the bidding of Goodell. Later in the season, out of frustration, Tyler Smith will be ejected for the remainder of the season for pile-driving 2 referees at the same time, knocking them unconscious, and drop kicking a 3rd ref for 10 yards.

McCarthy should tell them he wants them to commit more penalties, since they seem to be doing the opposite of what he wants. Reverse psychologize their butts.

If we are top 5 in penalties and we win a Superbowl......who cares? The Legion of Doom did it under Quinn as DC.
