2023 opponents and strength of schedule

We all already seen what teams we play for 2023.

Home: Away:
Giants, Eagles, Reskins. Giants, Eagles, Reskins
Seahawks, Rams, Lions. Cardinals, 49ers
Patriots, Jets Dolphins, Bills, Chargers

Combined recored of 156 - 128 and a .546 %
9 playoff teams counting the Eagles twice. 6 of those are on the road.
Seems like a pretty tough schedule for a 2nd place team.

I say we open on SNF at SF. I would bet on it possibly.
Not a lot of potential for cold weather games though. However I can see 3 of them in December, 2 against NFCE and the Bills, and we will not finish at home, we rarely ever do.
Since 2000 Dallas finished at home maybe 7 times, and never 2 home games in a row, as we finished on the road 2 road games about 8 times if I remember, as I looked it up mid last year.

However it is what it is. But I would love to finish with 2 home games for once. I stopped complaining about the schedule set up about 7 years ago, just figured we will never get a favorable schedule. I also look for us to go back to the TNF game the week after T-Day. We WILL be get a game on TNF, hopefully it will be earlier in the season.

Can't really tell yet what this schedule will be like. Some teams will lose players to free agency. Some players will get hurt in training camp or early in the season. Who thought the NFCE would be so good and the rest of the NFC would be so bad in 2022? The Cowboys have to focus on improving their roster or at least retaining as much talent as they can.
