This season is only 1/4 done. but we have Depth problems on DL and WR. Our 3rd QB is not going to stay after this year and who knows about Crush, he may get more money else where. So with all of that in mind i took a few trade downs LV wanted someone bad so they gave me a offer i could not refuse. This is how that played out.

  • He has Excellent length and wingspan, which he uses to disrupt plays and maintain leverage.
  • Versatile alignment can rush from both the stand-up OLB position and three-point stance

  • His spin move is already NFL-caliber, and he displays a very good motor.
  • Strong tackling ability, rarely misses once he gets his hands on the ball carrier

Scouting Report: Weaknesses

  • Needs to improve converting speed to power in his pass rush.
  • Occasionally loses pad level on the initial step, affecting his burst and leverage.
  • Can be predictable in his pass rush moves, primarily favoring the outside arc.
  • Room to add more mass to his frame to enhance play strength at the next level.
  • Struggles with setting the edge consistently against the run.

Clay Webb 6'3 315 OG Jacksonville State

Scouting Report: Strengths

  • Outstanding durability, starting nearly every game and accumulating significant snap counts throughout his college career
  • High-level recruit pedigree, indicating raw talent and potential that has translated well to the collegiate level
  • Proven ability to dominate against top-tier competition
  • Exceptional wrestling background, which translates to superior leverage and hand-fighting skills in the trenches

Scouting Report: Weaknesses

  • Slightly undersized for an NFL guard, which may cause concerns about his ability to anchor against powerful interior defensive linemen
  • Could improve lower body strength to enhance drive blocking and ability to move larger defenders in short-yardage situations
  • May need to refine technique when pulling and blocking in space to maximize effectiveness in diverse NFL blocking schemes
  • Limited experience against consistent NFL-caliber competition due to time spent at the FCS level
  • Could benefit from adding more functional mass to his frame to withstand the rigors of an NFL season

Bear Alexander 6'3 315 DT/NT USC

Scouting Report: Strengths

  • Explosive first step off the snap, allowing him to penetrate and disrupt plays in the backfield consistently

  • Proven production against top-tier competition in both the SEC and Pac-12 conferences
  • Solid tackler who rarely allows ball carriers to slip away once he gets his hands on them

Scouting Report: Weaknesses

  • Lacks elite height for the position, which can lead to leverage issues against taller offensive linemen
  • Pass rush repertoire needs refinement; relies heavily on bull rush and power moves
  • Can improve pad level consistency, occasionally playing too high and losing leverage battles

  • Shows good hands out of the backfield and the ability to create yards after the catch
  • Runs with a low center of gravity and good pad level, making him difficult to bring down

Scouting Report: Weaknesses

  • Sometimes relies too heavily on his physical tools and misses opportunities to bounce runs outside
  • Pass protection skills are still developing; needs to improve technique and recognition of blitz pickup assignments
  • Has room to grow as a receiver out of the backfield, particularly in route running and creating separation
  • Can improve ball security, as he's had a few fumbles in crucial situations (Find Tiki barbers Fumble guy and have him help him)

  • Exhibits excellent movement skills for his size, making direction changes smoothly.
  • Stays low in his backpedal with the ability to break up plays in front of him.
  • Effective tackler who doesn't miss tackles and contributes well in run defense.

Scouting Report: Weaknesses

  • Only average long speed, which can be a liability against faster receivers.
  • Feet can be sloppy in backpedal, occasionally slow in transitioning to close on the ball.
  • Needs to improve understanding of route combinations and overall vision.

  • Body flexibility is limited, impacting his ability to adjust in mid-air to make plays on the ball.
