With Tyron Smith all but gone and if this franchise truly doesn't extend Dak then I say, tank the 2024. Trade many of their 2024 draft picks for next season picks to really reset the cap and roster. Yes, will piss off the players on the 2024 roster, so then you trade those players away for draft picks also.

The 2022 Rams won the SB a few seasons ago and were in the playoffs this past season. Only 5-6 players remained on that roster from their Superbowl winning team. That was a 45+ player turn over roster in 3 seasons.

The biggest problem is that the same architects and those responsible for the unaccountable, country club culture will be the ones building the next team. They are awful at it. Too many gambles that don’t pay off by the GM, with no real consequence. Too many mishandled contracts by the “Director of Player Personnel.”

Also, Micah is not going to handle this (the lack of competitiveness) well. He’s going to be very vocal and it will not be pretty.

agree--- Parsons and Lamb will eventually leave because this franchise will continue there inept as DeMarcus Ware did

And to your above point: The Jones are about winning the ForbesBowl each season and they win it with being the #1 Sports franchise on the planet.
