2024 looks to be a historic offensive draft

No Jared Verse either? Man, tough crowd.

The strength of this class is definitely on offense, but the defenders aren't bums. If anything, they are losing a numbers game against the plethora of offensive studs.

Was listenning to a podcast from The Athletic this morning and they were talking about there only being 3, maybe 4 impact defenders in the first round.

Dallas Turner, Laiatu Latu, Quinyon Mitchell, and Cooper DeJean.

Byron Murphy is one.
Payton Wilson can be an impact player, but probably goes in the 2nd round.

I
I'm not sold on Murphy. I don't hate him, but not sure he's an impact guy.

Payton Wilson, if healthy, is a first rounder. I'd even be happy with him at 24 if there were no injury concerns.

He is Sean Lee. Talent, instincts, clutchness, smarts, and unfortunately injury-wise as well.

A faster Sean Lee.
