At this point the Cowboys need picks and young talent so Stephen needs to be proactive in trying to aquire some needed draft capital.

Dlaw- Needs to goto a possible contender. Maybe get a conditional 7th or 6th if he plays well.
Trey Lance- I'd let go for a 2026 conditional 6th round pick that becomes a 5th if incentives are met.
Micah Parsons- Probably wouldn't get traded but you dangle him to see if anyone would like to grossly overpay for his services. You never know unless you ask.
Golston- Not sure he has much value but he's likely gone next year anyway and probably wouldn't qualify for more than a 7th round comp pick in return.
Brandin Cooks- Contract is nearly up but if he has any trade value at all send him packing. KC?
Jaylen Tolbert- It's his best year but still subpar here. Better for him to goto a place with an OC that isn't about to be let go who will actually help this kid take the next step. It jus won't be here. If they can get a mid round pick for him it is a win.

Special note- Put Guyton at RT and cut Steele in the offseason. Use the savings on a WR or RB who can actually play.
