After going 9-8 and 10-7 , McCarthy gets fired in 2024 . Jerry or Stephens promote Quinn or goes for a younger offensive coach who won’t succeed with USC joining thr big10, or Sean Payton. Dak is traded / waived due to his inability to improve his game against upper tier teams. A first round QB is picked in 2025 .
Jerry gives the day to day reign to Stephen who either promotes McClay or may hire a proven GM from buffalo to help with talent acquisition.

Anyone has other input on how the team will look in 4 years ?

These are pretty good predictions. My add would be this team will continue to get knocked out in the first or second round of the playoffs. No NFC Championship games will continue. I will also add that Rowdy will be replaced with a non-binary, gender neutral mascot.

Our only hope is Jerry sells the team. I am point blank serious. Nothing will change.

Your speculation is about as possible as any other possibility.
Only thing I would disagree with is Jerry being semi retired.
He will be in charge until he's pushing up daisies
