The Cowboys list 12 starters on offense, 13 starters on defense, and 4 special teams starters. Among their 29 starters, 7 came to the Cowboys as trades or veteran free agents. 22 of the Cowboys starters were drafted or signed originally by the Cowboys, including all but one starter on offense. 2 of the Special Teams starters began their careers with other teams. But the Cowboys have signed or traded for 4 veteran starters on defense to quickly overhaul the team that ranked last in the NFL in 2020.

13 of the 29 starters the Cowboys have been selected to the Pro Bowl.

Maybe 6 of these guys would start on the Eagles.

Looking forward to Tyron and Tyler on the left side for the run game!
Martin and Steele on the right side are also pretty darn good for the run game. The danger is in the passing game. Tyron Smith isn't what he used to be, and pass protection is an area of weakness for Steele. But Steele is already one of the better run blocking right tackles in the NFL.

Dallas has two defensive and two offensive linemen who would start on Philadelphia's team. Lamb would start as would Pollard...Parsons, Lawrence, Martin, Smith.

From there, throw in a cornerback and safety.

Well given the Eagle's S, LB. and RG are terrible there is 5 spots. Tyler Smith would start over the Eagles LG or LT take your pick. Pollard is better than their RB. Gilmore and Diggs would start over CB2 and CB3.

Much of the roster is muddied with no clear superior side.

This is good work Jumbo. We certainly have as competitive a group of starters as any team in the league. The question for me remains how well can our depth support any losses from starters.

That’s certainly true of most good teams. It almost always comes down to how well your team handles whatever adversity comes its way.
