I believe in the 3 year rule when it comes to draft picks. I hear the possible cuts of Jabril Cox, and Kelvin Joseph.

1st Joseph had a maturity issue last year but he was one of the better special team players and he will hit and tackle. Get him out of the NB/slot CB position, He is a CB in that respect, or just.Move him to S it worked for Charlie Waters.

Cox had a knee injury his senior year of high school and before the injury he was getting power 5 recruiting. He played extremely well before injury his knee again. I think if you let him get confidence this year after going through training camp, he will be the player that was awarded the no. 18 at LSU as a transfer from NDSU.

Finally believe your eyes and keep the Fullback Hunter Lupeke. Daryl Johnston did not set the world on fire as a rookie. Allow him to play and develop.

Joseph is 23 and he’s a good special teamer, and he has improved this year. No reason not to keep him

Only reason you want to keep him is that he was drafted in the 2nd round. Other then that if he was a 6th rounder you couldnt care less. If there are better players he is taking the spot of, why would you keep him. Not to mention he is still carrying a 2nd round salary.

This isn't the Cowboys of the 90's, it's a different era of football, Fullbacks are not worth a roster spot.......Lupeke is No Moose Johnston

Neither was Daryl Johnston from 1989 to 1991. Go check the facts. 3 year rule or no Moose.

Aftermath - Joseph traded for former 1st round choice, Cox cut, and Luepke on the roster so far. If Cox is actually done and will not get a Super Bowl ring like Hitchens and Wilson, I have no complaint.
