I hearing Nixon is dropping, many claim that his play was excellent early on, but really tailed off later in the season. He is looking more like a mid 3rd rd pick right now. Tuefele is another one who is dropping.

I agree. 1 of only a handful of defensive prospects I see that has traits that “pop”. Admittedly isn’t quite as consistent as Id like, but his quickness and movement ability for a 300+ pounder are elite. I also don’t think Iowa’s scheme helped him a ton, as he was asked to play a good amount of contain rather than constantly working up field. Ask him to pin his ears back and I think he’s a difference maker. And he’s strong enough to hold his own vs the run too. Much better prospect than Gallimore

Its hard to say who will be a good 1T, its weird most end up being Antuan Woods if you are lucky. There are very few Vince Wilforks. It also seems they do not have long shelf lives. Its almost a position you need to draft a guy every 2-3 years.

Love all the defensive players. They're really telegraphing the CB pick and Surtain should be a day one starter and instant upgrade to last years porous pass defense. Johnson is the number 2 safety on NFL and could see the field early in nickel and dime.

But Gallimore's played 2020 on a weak D-Line. Would like to see him (and Hill) with a decent 1 Tech, creating space, before looking at further 3-Techs.

The defensive equivalent to running back. The position takes such a physical toll that the players don’t last long, not playing at a high level anyway. And you usually regret paying them that big second contract.

Have you ever tried the PFF draft simulator? It HATES Johnson for some reason. He’s always available two rounds later than he should be.

#44 Payton Turner DE 6'5 270 - Im not sold on a safety here- whether Grant or Holland.
Turner has pro bowl potential as a DE with his 35 inch arms, burst and bend. Can Gregory play 17 games? No worries.

4.26. With Gallop leaving, this guy can develop into a slot player and offer a deep threat.

#99 Bobby Brown III DT 6'4 320 - 34.75 inch arms - this guy can play the nose. He has the size and length to not get pushed around.

4th
#115 Divine Deablo S 6'3 226 33 inch arms 4.46 40 - l like the size and athleticism this guy offers that the other safeties dont. And less risk in the fourth round.

#138 Tommy Togiani DT 6'2 - tough interior DT. can he do the same in the NFL with 31 inch arms- i doubt it. But the 4th is a good place to find out.
