Donovan Wilson is called for defensive holding. Wilson had established his position and 49er TE George Kittle’s route took him into the body of Wilson. Wilson merely got hands on the midsection of Kittle neither hooking him nor inhibiting his progress. Kittle subsequently stage-dives and throws up his hands from his position on the ground seeking the referee’s call. Common sense dictates that there is no way Kittle would have been felled by such incidental contact.

SO, the 49ers are spared a 4TH and 14 from the Dallas 25 and are instead set up with 1ST and goal from the Dallas 10.

Yep...................3 dumb penalties gifted a TD as the defense caved in the 4th quarter. The Diggs whiffed hit and the Diggs pick 6 drop where the two biggest plays of the game.

Missed extra point at the beginning of the game had a big affect as well. Daks first interception. Totally stupid.

3RD and eight from the 49ers 25, 11:30 of 4TH quarter… Dak throws pass well-behind Ceedee crossing from the left and a good six-yards behind the sticks - when Zeke was WIDE OPEN in the right flat. I mean #21 woulda sailed for at least twenty yards.

You must have missed the two easy passes that bounce off Zeke's hands a few drives earlier. Zeke for 20 yards? How many times has that happened in the last 4 years?

The decision to pass on 2nd and 2 with about a minute and 20 seconds left in the 1st half and the score tied 6-6

First of all, we get the ball first to begin the 2nd half

At worse the score should be 6-6 at the half. Maybe 9-6 with Dallas up a field goal. And optimistically 13-6 with Dallas up a TD.

No way should we have gone into halftime down 9-6.

With what was clearly a defensive slugfest. That 6 - 10 point swing was HUGE. And it was also emotionally draining because we turned the ball over. And it was maddening because I promise you everyone on the defense is thinking "why are we throwing in that situation"!!!!

Kittle NEVER should have reeled in that bobbled catch. Any other CB on the Dallas roster would have blown up Kittle - any corner but Mr. Shouldershooter. Diggs may have mad ball skills (which weren’t on exhibit LAST Sunday ) but he is the weakest tackler I’ve ever seen. Dieon Sanders would laugh at this guy - and Dieon is practically the Father of the Shoulder Shoot. Diggs is the most contact-averse DB on that team.

3:00 left in the 4TH, Dallas at their own 18 - 2ND 10 and one play after Dak tried to throw his THIRD INT (which likely would have been a pick-6): Dak underthrows Michael Gallup who had beaten his man by three yards but almost immediately realized he was gonna be Dak’d - so stopped dead in his tracks to try to recover the Dak-short-rainbow. No dice.

Gallup would have YAK’d DEEEEP into SF territory - or possibly scored.

Punting late in the 4th with little chance at the getting the ball back at all. Even if(since) they did, it would be impossible to go get a TD as we saw. Go for it on the 4th and 5, win or lose it right there.

Taking the delay of game inside the 40 on 4th down instead of trusting Maher to make the field goal. At least go for it!
