Ok we lost and at home. Learn from it and get on with it. Pats are where we want to get to. Disciplined, mistake free team with mix of young and old talent. Learn and improve.
Fact is, it won't have a huge effect in the standings. Non-conference loss. Others in our division will have to play Pats too.
So, the key to the post season is winning our 5 HUGE remaining divisional games and beating Green Bay.
Why? Because we want a bye and home field advantage in the playoffs. If we get to play Patriots again in a Super Bowl that's just gravey!
Ok, beating Minni before the bye will be a good boost too. Then you gotta pound Phili with 14 days prep!
Anyway, our division is very competitive and the games are always hard even if the teams are in a downward spiral. These games are the key.
Yeah it was a measuring stick today, but it's still more important to win the Divisional games, make the playoffs and position ourselves for the long run. This team needs to grow and improve. These are the steps.
