MM sounds like a real coach to me. His answers are more detailed and thought out rather than they same ole' "stack good days with good days" crap that Garrett has been trying to sell us for 10 years.

Also when asked about an injured player, he answers, not in detail as most coaches do not either. But at least he doesn't say..day to day...
MM will say they are coming along. And add a little something else. He won't say, they will be out X amount of time, but they really can't say that most of the time.

Garrett's day to day could mean a year and he knew it. I think MM is a straight shooter and would say that.
