90's Cowboys vs SB Winners Since 1997

Going back 22 years, is there a SB winner that would've had a good shot of beating the Cowboys in a SB? For example, how would the explosive Rams of the 2000's fare against the 92-95 Cowboys? Or Eagles from 2017? Some have argued those 90's Cowboys were a machine that would've curbstomped any team in any era.

The 92/93 squads match up against anybody well especially when you consider the coaching staffs of those teams. The 49er teams from that era also are strong. The only teams I think are close are the late 90’s Denver teams when Elway had a power running game.
