This just isn't the current message on the bulletin board.

It was an emotional week for Dallas, one that saw the team lose First-Team All-Pro cornerback Trevon Diggs to a torn ACL and, to a lesser but still impactful extent, Tyler Biadasz to a hamstring injury, Zack Martin to an ankle injury and Tyron Smith to a knee issue that cropped up on Saturday just ahead of their flight to Phoenix.

Then to think the above caused : (And then there were the 13 enforced penalties for 107 total yards, many of them killing drives and also deleting a 51-yard punt return by KaVontae Turpin with the Cowboys still in striking distance.)

The key for Dallas now is to stay balanced. With the Patriots. 49ers, and Chargers coming up, a much tougher trio than the last three, they can’t afford to still be licking their wounds. Even if New England is in a relatively down year, Bill Belichick is still there to analyze and exploit all of the weaknesses that the Cowboys displayed in Arizona.

No matter what they do, of course, there is no replacing Trevon Diggs. There are only a few talents like him throughout the league. You can win a lot of games with Stephon Gilmore, DaRon Bland, and Jourdan Lewis as your top three corners but there’s just no denying that a special ingredient is missing from Dan Quinn’s original recipe.

Team needs to hold assignments and move the chains. Watch the penalties. We took it for granted we would get turnovers and breaks.

The only issue I see us having right now, on offense ,red zone scoring
Defense, would be stopping the run. We lost the linebacker due to injury that didn’t help.
If Mike McCarthy tweaks the team a little bit, we can fix the scoring issue.

I pick up what you’re laying down but an elite defense shouldn't get pushed around at the point of attack like our defense was because a CB wasn’t there. If Micah was gone that’s one thing but not because of Diggs gone……I’m at a loss to explain that part but what you say about the offense makes perfect sense.

Momentum is a real element in individual game management. It actually affects good teams, and in the real world. That is both to a mediocre level or top level team both.

The Cowboys are still fully in this...

“The team treated the Diggs injury like a funeral” I’m not sure where I heard that, but it seems correct.

Add in the line being out and a few early big plays and it became a bad game real fast. They got several poor calls to complete the perfect ****storm.

We will see how they respond.

I don’t believe it’s about moving the chains. I think it’s red zone scoring.
Yeah points help win for sure. Lol. We were getting there but with missing the 3 starters we need a quick throw or some trickery to poke it in.

i can get on board with that but also add in the fact that the obvious blatant DPI pass interference call was picked up... that should have stood and it probably changes the ending of the game .... referees don't know how i don't know how or why, its was obvious..

Was one of those plays that makes you wonder. I know they are human but they made the right call so wth would you pick it up. Who told him to. If they throw the flag and pick it up then it should be reviewable. Way to obvious. Cost us 7. And took momentum away from a game we could not gain traction. We weren’t catching breaks or turnovers. So taking that play hurt. And the hold on Turpins run was a killer. Not sure if that was a bs call or not. I saw some saying it was ticky tac. I haven’t looked. I don’t want to.

It's kind of pointless. We lost and even if we do make a td, I am not sure we win the game. The cards just outplayed us from the beginning of the game especially when it came to the red zone. You could just tell by the intensity from the opponents sideline and on the field. I don't know if it was just me or was it obvious to everyone?

right there's a lot of blame to go around but many are way over focused on the INT, I'm really frankly getting tired of it... it was definitely the defense and the penalties that truly kept us from being able to turn this into a win like we did in Houston the year before.

It was kind of hard top make a comeback with flags constantly hitting the ground and nobody being open..
nothing went right in this game and we lost as team but the hyper-focusing on prescott is out of control... literally on Facebook there's stories on inserting Lance now and se what hes got if not turn to ush, about that's what fandom have come to..
Fact is we are 2-1 AND that game doesn't change anything as far as our season goals go and its 1 loss.. and in my opinion doesn't change the way i saw this team as a double digit winner and payoff team only the low hanging overreactive fan bases perception has changed, the team itself has not changed IMO

this game literally reminds me of the 2021 Denver loss with the entire team not playing well nothing went right and it snowballed, led to that stupid loss and that year we finished twelve and five as well....

i mean look at last year we started out with terrible loss in TB and lost Prescott for 5 games and still made the 2nd round of the playoffs again 12 and 5.. so we've seen losses like this the last two seasons that did not derail the season and just counted as simply one loss....

Despite the big plays by the Cardinals, 7, the Cowboys lost by 12 points and that amount could have easily been overcome just from errors involved. Then the offensive line factor in addition.

I really meant scoring was pointless. Not dogging your post CC. I think if we score, we still lose. It was just that kind of day.

Man, we just got manhandled all the way around. Kind of reminded me of when we played Seattle years ago and in the 4th, the Beast just tore us to pieces. We could not stop him. The cards game was a repeat.

I wasn't feeling attacked. The outcome could have reflected success without just the mistakes and a little improved execution. Score actually was a factor that was relevant in any organization with leadership and accountability. More than two scores were easily involved.

You are good in discussions...no offense taken.
