Ware was screwed over several times in his career.

I mean I can't REALLY blame the refs because you are talking about FRACTIONS of a second and possibly superhuman like reaction time by Ware, but man, if they could have let those plays go and THEN reviewed them for the penalty ... things may have been different during his time here.
