A moment of silence for a respectable season...

Sure the Cowboys got beat pretty bad today, and losing just flat out sucks. Despite that, the Boys went further than a lot of people thought they would. At the beginning of December, it seemed like Dallas was not even going to make the post season, but they turned things around, and made the playoffs. The Cowboys got wins in December , they finally won a playoff game in forever, and they swept the Skins, and Iggles, beating Philly 3 times in the process. I know a few Cowboys haters were really nervous about this team until today.

The Cowboys will make a few changes, and tweaks here and there, and I think next season might be something special.

Yes lets start a thread thanking the cowboys for finally winning a playoff game after 13 season.. great work in making us wait so long then only to get embarrassed on national tv 34-3

great job

here is to doing it agaiun next season

I didn't thank anyone. I'm just going to recognize the progress this team has made in the last few years, and not bother complaining, considering what I'd sat through before 2003.

The 14th next year in a row and counting, think about that in silence.

I don't even know what it means, let alone attempting to ponder it in silence.

Sorry, I see little to grasp after a thorough whipping like that.

That's your right amigo, have fun with it.

Good post, vta... except for "Go Jets!" part. Every team that's left in the playoffs can be damned in my opinion. :)

I like watching Giants fans pretending to be Jets fans the whole time.

A loss is a loss and no matter how it went down, you'd still have a million threads bloated with excuses and why this one should be fired and that one castrated.

It was a good season. This years team beats the **** out of last years team, if they can stay on the same path, next years team does the same to this years team.

yeah the team is better this year then last year but that's no guarantee they'll be better next season.

You have to take care of these opportunities when you get them and play like you want it. They lost i can live with that, but the way they lost is no different then 44-6 and that's not very respectable

The season was respectable. If you don't think it was, you're either too young to remember some of the earlier seasons of this decade or suffer from amnesia. This team is an upgrade and pointed in the right direction. No matter how it ended, it it was a good season while it lasted.

I can't cheer for the offspring of Buddy Ryan.

It's a toss-up of hate between that or that *** Phillip Rivers. I hate him.

If Jerry wants to do us a favor, he will make sure we're in the Super Bowl, in our own Stadium next year, I will sing his praises then. Until then, this season stinks just like the last 14 years or whatever. Whenver we don't win the Super Bowl, it stinks for me.
