A Soccer Match I Actually Enjoyed

did like the philosophical reasons why the goal shouldn't stand by the germans finishing with and karl marx argues he was offside.

Well, he left like five jockstraps on the pitch in that clip.

yup, one of the best goals i have ever seen!

i know everyone always awes over rooney's bicycle kick vs Man city, but that could have been luck, and any soccer player in a european league is skilled enough and in good enough shape to pull that off. i think a goal like this one or maradona's vs england in 86 show a lot more skill than bicycle kicks or even great free kicks, because those can be had with luck.

The Maradona goal is overshadowed by England constantly complaining about his other goal that game, the hand of god goal.

LOL, I never thought I'd ever read those words. It reminded me of one of their cleverest comedy pieces ~ the Bruces singing the philosophers song. (Not sure I should post a link.)

Here's another funny take on soccer....

Agreed. Though I have always compared Wayne Rooney to Lebron for some reason. But one must mention that he has been part of the club that won their respected league 8 years in a row lol.
