Quinn and Moore are having success at the same coaching positions with other teams and other players.
Hard to conclude anything other than it is McCarthy or the Cowboy players, or maybe both. I would be leery of hiring McCarthy if I were a GM. I would definitely be asking McCarthy this question in an interview.
