Dude is all over the place. Can look awesome and then look out of whack a series later.

Now some of that may have been that ND had issues at OC but Hartman's ceiling is likely a 3rd QB in this league.

Maybe. If you told me a team took him at, like, 28 because they thought he's Geno Smith, I'd believe you.

He's not athletic but I think he's smart enough if he plays in a system that can give him quick answers.
