If the Cowboys defeat the Bucs, they're assured of winning the NFC East division title no matter what else happens. Even if the Skins beat the Titans, Eagles beat the Texans, and Cowboys lose to the Giants (and also regardless of the outcome of the PHI-WAS season finale.)

I've been playing the simulator with a number of different scenarios and I cannot create a situation whereby Dallas beats Tampa Bay but doesn't win the division.

Anybody able to debunk/refute it? If this is true, then it's still looking good for Dallas.

It's been that way since last week.

If the Cowboys win any remaining game, they win the division.

If the Eagles or Commanders lose any remaining game, they lose the division but may still have a chance at a wild card.

This.

That’s what stinks about the Skins and Eagles pulling off wins. Would’ve eliminated them and we would’ve won the east even after the loss

well, we are done with the AFC until the SB, so we should be ok...

Yes. Dallas already was, and still is, in a win-and-in situation.

We’ve know this for a few weeks.

We knew this before the Colts game. Welcome to December.

OK, I'm late to the party. I had thought Dallas needed a win over the Bucs AND an Eagles+Skins loss. Wasn't sure what would have happened had Dallas tied with the Skins 9-7 or 8-8 at the very end.

Sorry...had to do it LOL
