Adam or salary cap gurus, I was just wondering, maybe you can explain it to me, as you know, Farve was suppose to get 12 miliion this year for retirement, dont know his actual salary cap hit.
However, the Packers as you know, made a 20 milion retirement offer, with like 2 millioin for 10 years. Is that a way around the cap for players that retire, so the cap hit isnt so big???????
Would that work in the favor of the Cowboys, if jerry jones wanted to do something like that, to lessen the cap hit, if the NFL approved such a deal???
