CBZ said it will still cost us 4mil against the cap, but saves us 3mil.

Nick Eatman, of DallasCowboys.com, reports the earlier release of OL Larry Allen saves the Dallas Cowboys a total of about $3.55 million on the salary cap. It also frees them from paying a $2 million roster bonus due to Allen April 1.
