If you had power and authority to take ONE person off/out of the Dallas Cowboys organization to IMPROVE its on field performance, who would it be ? For this question, you can't say Jerry or Stephen. Way too obvious. Mine is simple......Kellen Moore

Well it depends…if it’s a player do we get to replace them with someone that is slightly above average?

Not as if Im converting to a Moore fan, but I AM beginning to question if the problem isn’t more toward what ownership wants or expects him to do with this QB.

They certainly don’t play to his strengths.

If Jerry / Stephen aren’t an option I’d probably agree with Kellen.

For players? I’d replace LVE.

Zeke. Use his money to get a vet WR and OL, draft his replacement. The offense instantly improves. This move also allows you to put resources into fixing the damn run defense.

You can't take anyone out unless you have a replacement. Even if you remove Kellen Moore, who will take his place. There are plenty of other OCs who stink too.

The Cowboys got rid of Cooper which I thought was okay to do because he does not strike me as being a winner. But he is a very good receiver. The Cowboys did not replace him so they are struggling now.

the head coach could call plays, and he could give more responsibility to a wr coach or something like that. His idea could work.

If you had power and authority to replace one player, would it be?
  • For this question:
    • The player's number must be between #95 and #97.
    • He must weight between 310 and 320 pounds.
    • He must have been on the roster last season.
    • He must have missed multiple game last season.
    • He must be between 24 and 26 years old.
    • He must have been drafted between the 2nd and 4th rounds.
The above is an example equivalent to your question...i.e. worded in an attempt to get the answer that you wanted.

Great take......except my answer wasn't even a player. If it were a player it would be LVE
