Neither one of them is worth a top 5 pick and that is what he meantunless you need a QB, Ward and Sanders will both go top 5
I don't think that will matter to the teams that need a qb. most likely they go top 5Neither one of them is worth a top 5 pick and that is what he meant
I’d probably go with Hunter (CB) and Will Johnson. If the injury checks out, and I think it will, I’m not sure he isn’t the best CB in the draft. I love Hunter, but Johnson has done it on the biggest stage and showed up against blue chip WR prospects last year. Most draft classes have 3-5 blue chip players. I haven't watched tape on all the 1st round prospects yet, but so far, there's only 2 I've seen that I'd call "super-elite" blue-chippers. Travis Hunter (even if you burned all his WR tape, he'd make it as a CB), and Will Johnson.
Jeanty is knocking on that door, but is he as good of a prospect as say college Zeke or Saquon, where we were saying "once per decade" and our jaws were falling off our heads? I think he's more like a Bijan Robinson. Abdul Carter has blue-chip ability, but doesn't have the insane track record of production that say Chase Young or Aidan Hutchinson or Will Anderson had.
After those four, the talent pool I've seen gets kinda crummy. Will Campbell is a guard convert and wouldn't have even been drafted top 20 in last year's OL-fest. Jalon Walker is legitimately good at both LB and DE, and I would like to see him get used as a chess pice, but history tells us that the NFL tends to push guys like that to become full-time speed rushers. As a pure DE, I don't see him as a top 10 talent.

I agree .........worthy or not, some team(s) are going to overdraft both. Deion just repeated that Shedure will not play for certain teams. He mentioned his preference is a team that has shown patience and stability in the position. ( Browns and Panthers LOL)I don't think that will matter to the teams that need a qb. most likely they go top 5
Maybe but this is the draft ( especially if we get top 5 ) to stack an extra 2026 1st with a trade-down like you saidTrade back and try to pick up a high pick in the 2026 draft. This thing can’t be fixed in one season. The Manning kid is probably a pipe dream but who knows.
absolutely agree; the one thing that is given about any draft now is that QBs will be picked way higher than they deserveI don't think that will matter to the teams that need a qb. most likely they go top 5
