WOW I thought for sure that Mark Cuban would scoop up that baseball team in Arlington but apparently:showme: :showme: :showme: Nolan pulled off another no hitter in the middle of the night

As much as I dislike Cuban, I think he would have been a great option as owner of the Rangers....he would have been like Steinbrenner of the Southwest. I am sure had he won, he would have offered Nolan a huge contract to remain as team President....

Babeball is way too myopic. They need fresh owners who are willing to shake up the foundation and infuse some fresh ideas and such.

MLB needs more owners like Steinbrenner, Cuban, Jerry, etc.

I agree. There had been talk about Cuban joining the Ryan group at one point. That would have been the best scenario.
