Taking a realistic stab at what going all in would look like in the off-season. Extensions / re-structures and cuts frees up around 40/50 mil but would put us in cap hell in about 3 years.

FA:

Tyron Smith - LT
Lloyd Cushenberry - C
Grover Cleveland - DT
Frankie Luvu - LBr
Dante Fowler - Edge
Jlew - CB

Draft: (Mock Sim vis NFLDraftBuzz)

1: Amarius Mims / OT: Due to depth of the class one of the top OTs drops to 24. Will give Steele year 1 competition at RT and potential long term LT of the future.
2: Tvondre Sweat / DT: Continue to build up the DT room of the future and keeps us from paying Osa big money.
3: Mike Sainristil / DB: Chess piece DB that can play a Brian Branch like role for us.
4: Jacob Cowing / WR: This years Tank Dell. Smaller WR with electric quickness and speed that is a big play machine.
5: Jase McClellan / RB: Smooth RB that offers good combo of run and catch ability.

Do you mean Grover Stewart?

What are plans for othe FA ie Hankins?

These are picks in order not rounds, right?

Not familiar with late round wr yet will add Cowing to my list.

Nice work

Good catch...yes, Grover Stewart. Most of the ones not listed are walking.

The picks are in order by round.

i want 2 of these 5 in FA at DT, so we don't have to take one early unless he's BPA:
DJ Reader: https://www.pff.com/nfl/players/dj-reader/10800
DaQuan Jones: https://www.pff.com/nfl/players/daquan-jones/8747
AShawn Robinson: https://www.pff.com/nfl/players/ashawn-robinson/10680
RaeKwon Davis: https://www.pff.com/nfl/players/raekwon-davis/44582
Jonathan Hankins: https://www.pff.com/nfl/players/johnathan-hankins/7830

FOR RB:
I want to GO Zac Moss or A.J. Dillon and resign Pollard.

I think CB is a bigger need than most think. And i'd probably go that in Round 1 if it falls that way, we need a Boundary corner to move Bland back to the Slot. OT & LB i think fight for the 2nd Biggest need followed by RB.

Out of your list at DT I think Grover and Reader are the only 2 that actually move the needle.

Way too much $ invested in the RB position IMO…

Think we need a slot CB more than a boundary…Bland was better outside and was just an all pro.

I like the former President at DT.

Joking aside I think someone like Grover takes out DL to a better level. Hanks gave us a boost against the run and Grover is Hanks on steroids.

So we are only adding Luvu at LB? How does that change anything?

We’re adding one of the better LBs in football and one of the best run clogging DTs in football to make life easier on the other guys.

It changes a lot IMO.

DaQuan Jones isn't a bad option, but certainly below Reader, but likely will be cheaper.

And yeah, no way I sinking money into both Dillon AND Pollard. Now Dillon and then a draft pick? That makes a bit more sense. Some hate it, but for the right price (not too much cash and years), I'd also entertain Henry and then a draft pick.

I’m pretty low on Dillon…just looks to have lost a step as he’s gotten older and isn’t the same guy anymore.

Henry was 2nd in rushing last year on a team that couldn’t throw the ball. He’s defying logic at this point - I’d consider him if the price was right but like Zach Moss as a fall back.
