Maybe watching what this guy can bring to the table will get some of us feeling a little more positive about the trade.

Nope. It's funny watching the fanbase try to rationalize the trade though. Those of us who have grown wise to the nonsealready understand the futility of it

Lot of long balls from Carr to Cooper. Throws into double teams as well.

How many long balls does Dak throw???? Into double coverage and trusting your WR????

Probably why, he hasn't seen as much usage over the last 2 seasons. He gave them reasons to stop trusting him.

Carr is getting gun shy after injury. WR can only run routes and dependent on QB to deliver the ball. Again it circles back to QB.

Watch the video in the 2nd post and you'll start to understand why the trust in him is strained. When a WR drops balls and quits on routes, the QB tends to have less faith in you.

The one thing I saw right away that will be helpful is he actually finds the ball and adjusts to it. Hardly any of Carr's passes were dimes. Even the deep balls were inside or outside, and I saw a receiver who made adjustments on the fly and went to get it.

2. Now we have someone to take Dez's spot on defense in the prevent vs hail mary's. No one seemed to talk about the one Friday that hit the Commanders receiver in the face while Jalen Smith and others just stood there beside him, watching....scary.
