The picture juxtaposes this guy holding up an i-pad competitor like something sacred... then he has that half look of excitement, but the twitch in his eye, denoting his own skepticism, signals obvious desperation and disparity. Together, those two elements coupled with other historic photographs probably in your subconscious mind might be something that makes this one seem quite funny.
