Where were you when the world stopped turnin'
that November night?
Out at a strip club with your wife and children;
Or drinking in some bar in L.A.?
Did you stand there in shock at the sight of McNabb’
bad toss falling toward Williams below?
Did you shout out in anger and go beat your neighbor
Or did you just sit down and cry?
Did you weep for the players
that lost their dear playoff’s?

Did you rejoice for the people who walked out early
and sob for the ones left inside?
