He has some work to make sidelines and deep tight and rework the injury roster.

Those are some of the best coaches. Players bust their butt's for guys like that. As long as he knows, when, where, how and who.
You got it coach...prepare your players for all they will see.

Really....secondary was probably the best in the defense
bad memory not 24 too many changes and injuries. Seriously they didn't even have the starters on the field for more than one game like all three Trayvon Biggs was coming off a major injury and was not the same to start the season literally Deron bland missed what the first eight games and then we had Lewis who is playing very well what was it like a rotating mass unit so when you add in the fact that they weren't getting much of A pass rush 'cause that was a rotating mass unit having a bunch of practice squad players didn't look good at all I mean I don't know what you saw but every time A-Team really wanted to throw the football they did the problem is our run defense was worse so they didn't need to throw the football most games..

Who is the giant cluster of a mess so there's no judging players I like al Harris I know that's probably what you're talking about but I have that guy blocked I have him on ignore but don't think that we forget the big games that Dan Quinn was running the last three years that we lost almost all of them the better teams the blown games in the fourth quarters and overtime of the Jacksonville and Green Bay game in the regular season and did you see some of the clips from the videos from the Green Bay lost in the playoffs there wasn't coverage within 3 yards in some of those you couldn't even see the defender when they took some wide open wide receivers in that game...

I think some of us have selective memory, but sometimes it's good to have a purge and get rid of most of your old coaching staff...

I would have liked them all to be gone but since we retained schottenheimer we had to retain some other ones but I like fossil and I like Harris and people are making a big deal about their losses no we would be just fine it's more about the players and how the players are accepting of the new coaches and I believe they will it sounds like we're having some really good coaches coming here and we hope that it all blends together...

In the end you have to let me head coach the DC and OC pick their own players so I'm not going to sit here and be down about losing a couple of fan favorites on the coaching staff because I believe they will fill in just fine with the new ones... Don't get me wrong I like al Harris but you're giving him too much credit sometimes it's the talent we still have the talent, but our talent's been injured I mean there's just been too many injuries on a lot of positions we gotta get that corrected hopefully we have better luck...

Oh, he’ll fit right in at the country club.

I’m sure all the players love him just goofing around and being silly.

Could have just hired one head coach that could do all this, not one that cries! People don't even watch the games and they want to show us videos of coaches!

whatever direction you're trying to go into what I'm telling you is you're not trying to recreate what the bears had just because you have a lot of mats coaching staff that came from the bears and some were with Indianapolis this is the Dallas Cowboys our secondary will look how it ends up looking...

Well Whatever your think your saying, regardless you look at what a coach has done SCHEMATICLY to get an idea of what he will try and do here. Not that hard

look man I'm not making it hard what I'm telling you is sometimes coaches have to adjust to the roster the talent OR lack thereof and every stop is gonna be tweaked a little differently especially when they're coaching Staffs not completely the same there might be pieces of the old Colts staff with Matt eberflus in a little bit of it with the bears but here it's probably gonna be a little bit different and we won't know until they start playing games.. I guess we'll truly know the beginning of all this in preseason but most preseason you don't see the starters playing a lot but I'm curious with this complete purge of a coaching staff maybe we see our starters a little more and the second preseason game possibly?

Most defensive coordinators will tweak their scheme to fit the talent they have especially in year 1 ,they're not gonna be able to completely purge or get all positions filled with " their players".

therefore they're gonna have to adjust a little bit.. That's why Mike Zimmer wasn't able to fully do that 'cause he was here one off season had a rash of injuries and I mean historically rash of injuries to keep position so we never got to see his full vision I believe here in time it will change from season 1 and season 2 to a little bit more of what the new coordinator and staff wants..
