Older video but still very funny, and sad.
Yep and they really didn't know why those girls were there but they sure didn't seem like baseball fans. And what's with those empty seats around them? That looks like the outfield stands in "Major League".Not sure which is more sad:
A) People (does not matter what sex or age they are) attending a game and oblivious to what is happening
or
B) People paid to add context to a game who are themselves transfixed with people oblivious to what is happening
The same people are ALWAYS glued to their phones. Why waste (e.g. flush down the toilet) money and time on something else?Doesn’t bother me if folks are glued to smartphones.
Smarty pants. They probably went there to be seen...........Mission accomplished.

Exactly.....it seems awfully personal, as if the damn announcers bought their tickets.Doesn’t bother me if fans are checking out their smartphones. That’s normal.
Go into an anoucers booth sometime. Know what you’ll see? Laptops and smartphones, with people Tweeting and checking their texts. True...and they know it is too.Exactly.....it seems awfully personal, as if the damn announcers bought their tickets.
I'd love it if Joe Buck was caught on camera taking duck face selfies!Go into an anoucers booth sometime. Know what you’ll see? Laptops and smartphones, with people Tweeting and checking their texts. True...and they know it is too.
They’re no different than anyone else. Put them in the stands and it’s talking to the wife and kids, and looking at their cell phones like everyone else does. And we’re talking about college girls at a sporting event who aren’t fully invested in the minute details of things? Ohhh how shocking!! Basic social obvervastion skills should have dawned on him by now “that’s what a group of young girls do.” Let’s get real here...How many times have I seen people nodding off in the seats with a throw blanket over them, with the old head on the spouses shoulder routine? People come and go up and down the stairs, and carry on conversations in the seats, and look at the their phones ect. It’s perfectly normal and nothing wrong with it.I'd love it if Joe Buck was caught on camera taking duck face selfies!
