Another ebola outbreak in Africa

there is current about 40 or so cases.
apparently there is at least 1 case in a city of over 1 million in Congo.
the city unfortunately is also a port city.
thus this one is a major threat unlike the little outbreak last year.
4000 doses of vaccine has been shipped there with good results in tests
however the vaccine was never tested in the field.
so it is getting the acid test now.

Every year about this time we hear about an outbreak for some reason.Hope for the sake of people out there that they can contain it.
With all the international travel bigger than ever, the risks involved in an outbreak grow ever higher.

there are now 3 cases in the port city of over 1 million.
there are 300,000 doses of the experimental vaccine that has worked well in small scale testing, of which 4000 doses have arrived in congo.
there is some zmapp antibody doses but they are years from getting into large scale production, given government red tape...
