I think the JJ should shoot for being the first NFL team to have ONLY ex Cowboy players filling every single coaching position..

Hire the HC whoever it is, and let them choose the hires on staff, even if they keep a couple of the current staff,Im fine with it. I want Glenn as my HC with Saleh on staff. My OC must be picked by Glenn and I expect it would be Mark Brunell the current QB coach in Detroit. I guess we can bring in Witten as the TE coach assistant to Lunda Wells. But again, Glenn would need to agree with Wells and Witten.
