Antonio Gates out for the opener ?

I just read on fox sports that the Chargers gave him an ultimatum. If he doesn't sign his offer sheet he will be held out for the Cowboys game. I don't have time to post the link but maybe someone else can.

It was posted somewhere here already yesterday. It said something about missing a certain number of games after he signs his contract.
